On windows you can stream you files into network after giving proper autorization to share adn stream files
put your movies, video, playlist into a folder of your PC network (example ..../users/public/foldername)
go to you MAG box in media inner portal and navigate to your playlist...select and play stream...
this way
you do not need to go back and forward, plug ..unplug usb memory drive after editing/adding playlist channels ...
