Is there an easy way to record from live TV feed to sd card or flash drive

I have everything set up and running good and was just wondering how I could possibly set up to record live TV. Using kodi isengard and stalker pvr client. Would like to be able to record something to sd card or flash if able. Thanks

I'm also interested in this. The ability to record and pause while using either stalker PVR client or simpleIPTV would be really great if anyone knows how to set it up?

Soma, in IPTV the provider controls that function and so far it's no go for recording, sry. Now if you're in kodi and watching one of their streams may be a diff story.

The server settings don't allow for recording from their backend. Recordings on Kodi are usually for local backends. I don't expect this to be turned on in the future for security reasons.

Backend - the server actually providing service to Kodi. A local backend could be a PVR software program on your PC attached to a TV tuner card - in case you wanted to know.

Well see I'm streaming the IPTV to the stalker PVR client on Kodi. Is there any way to pause or record that you know of in Kodi? (That works with IPTV)

Guess I just figured If there is screen capture programs for pc and stuff their might be some thing for android or kodi
