Error seting up Mac address after donation

I have made a donation, but I am having truble puting my MAC address. I dont have a box. I just want to use it in my computer with Kodi. I don't know where to find my MAC address. I have opened Kody and search into SYSTEM>SYSTEM INFO>NETWORK, the I found the Mac address there, but I am unable to updated into this page: https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps.

When I put the new mac address I just see a red message that cannot update the mac. What can I do, please help!

Put your donation number in box then another page will open
Your mac address will be there

I put my donation number and the next window technically ask me to change my mac address because the one there shows only zeros. See this capture:

But when I click change IPTV MAC address and save it with my mac address the next window shows me that Mac Address Could not be updated. Here a screen capture:

I am taking my mac address from kodi into SYSTEM>SYSTEM INFO>NETWORK. Right there it shows me a mac address, so there is from where I am taking it from. I am not sure if that is the right one???

I have also tried taking my mac address from command prompt using this command in my computer: ipconfig /all, but same result. Technically is not recognizing my Mac address as a valid one...

I don;t know what to do. I already contacted these guys from iptvprivateserver.is asking for help but I haven't received any answer yet. That is the site from where I made my donation.

the mac should start with 00:1a:78: then you can use the last 6 of whatever device you want.. try that

Put mac address in iptv stalker first using 00 1A 78 as your first 3 sets and use last 3 sets of your device mac

Then go to donation and change to same
