MAC address of the first MAG 254 was bound by donation , I replaced its MAC address MAC with MAC address of the second MAG 254 ang get message "Mac Address Could not be Updated". Now both STB have been disabled by the portal and I see no way to hang any one

That had happen to me once and what i did was change the last number and it updated successfully and then i was able to put the mac that i wanted
