Donation link no longer works

I'm trying to change my Donation lined MAC so I went to this site. It refused three attempts this morning so I gave up.

All you get is this: "The information provided is incorrect please try again."

Is there any reason they would have blocked the entire U.S.?

Again just for clarification, I am talking about the search site where you enter the MAC address.

yes... but you enter your donation number and then enter in captcha... you dont enter in the mac in the first box

The first box has shaded text saying "Donation". Where else would you put your donation number?

I have tried the link with 3 different browsers on 2 different computers so I don't think cookies has anything to do with this. I(n the meantime I went to the living room and tried the TVOnline and it works fine so not all of my internet is screwed up either. I just cannot change my MAC to get stalker to work again.

FIXED FINALLY



The first box has shaded text saying "Donation". Where else would you put your donation number?

Okay I can admit when I am wrong. Yes I was entering my MAC into the wrong box and should have been entering exactly what it was prompting for - my donation number.

So, did that, and then I got to the change MAC screen and changed the third number from 79 to 78. I cleared cache and it started right away.

Lesson learned and you do have to change the MAC when going from your STB to a kodi device but the tools are there to do that quickly. It just takes some planning.
