How long?

Hi ,just got my brand new Mag 254,i registered the mac with rocket put in info on url,updated box and it's been stuck on loading blue bar it's not loading,does it take a long time to load after you first registered the mac? it's my second one so everything looks like it's ok rebooted a couple of times still no go any suggestions? thank you for your help!!!

like I said it's my second one but the first one I registered mac before july 15 so nit was working since before so of course I did everything update,11.rocket....... and it's just not loading any other ideas?

I know that's your second one but recheck URL http://11.iptvrocket.tv then unplug power for 10 minutes then hopefully everything should be ok

problem fixed!!!what I did was edit the mac address first I removed it waited a few minutes then re-enter it and loiaded right away thanks everyone that helped!!!
