Hi guys I'd originally thought that I had set the iptv up incorrectly or mag254 wasn't connecting to the internet because there were no channels clearing

I found only these working 824,821,809,808,794,748,747,746,737,735,734,721,71 3,710,708,690
676,674,670,647,646,645,635,625,606,605,604,603,60 2,601,277,267,265

All the rest have no picture or sound.

Im stumped been working on it since 5 changing video settings, changing them back

Try reloading the portal and check again start at channel 2 and go up.

Reloaded portal and still nothing, those are the only channels clearing

Do you think its a mag 254 issue or NFPS issue

Something is definitely wrong. You need to recheck. A lot of channels are up and running.

Try unplug the unit and wait for 10 min and power on.
Yesterday afternoon mine was like your, and that what I did and it up and running.

When you say mine was like yours, what if any channels were clearing for you

I unplugged it last night, just turned it on this morning same thing

There was only a few channels clearing.
I unplug the power cable from the back of the until and wait for 10 min, then replug and let is load.

Questions
1. when you power on,are you seeing the informal on the TV screen.
2. is there the Yellow loading bar on the screen

First reboot the modem and then reboot the STB. That should help .
You provided that certain channels are working , this means that you have no problems with server settings

Yeah have rebooted modem, laptops, STB everything a few times no difference

Thanks so you think I have the server setup correctly, which at least would tick off one area that could be wrong

Im confused because I thought if I could get some channels then that would mean I have everything correctly setup?

Could I be just affected even though others might be ok?

Channels working very well for me this morning, could be an internet issue for you try reboot router and device, does the yellow bar load up within one min?

Yeah yellow bar uploads within a minute.

I rebooted everything again this morning still same.

Can I at least rule out that its not the fault of the back i.e. I dont need to return it due to it been faulty ( given that I can view some channels)

Try the / at the end of the url like I said somewhere yesterday. Maybe that will help.

"Settings" of the internal portal (Auto update firmware system)

Open “Settings” of the internal portal;
Choose “Update software now”;
In the opened window “Autoupdate” choose the list of “Available versions” by pressing “OK” - The latest available version is on top of the list;
Choose necessary firmware version;
Move “focus” to “Update” using buttons on RC (up, down, left and right);
Choose “Update” by pressing “ОК” on RC;
Wait untill STB will be updated. Updating process is desplayed as filling of progress-bar and comments. STB will be rebooted automatically after update.

If this does not help try if it works with your friend who used different from your ISP. If there is ОК, the problem is your ISP.

Is my NFPS paired/locked to my ip address

Might try that if it isn't

Try the Infomir official portal http://apps.infomir.com.ua/?language=en , if it works the box is OK , there is no need of mac address
