Hi,

I'm wondering whether IPTV Private Server plans to have any HD channels on their server? Right now I can't seem to find any HD channels and am slightly disappointed with SD quality streaming. I'm guessing the increased costs for bandwidth is the reason for lack of HD channels?

Are there any plans to introduce HD channels to the server?

Thanks!

The SD channels already can't stream without freezing and chop, imagine what HD would bring....

Well... they said they will be doing some adjustments for the first 90 days after we started paying. So hopefully we see HD channels, as well as some improvements on freezing and adding channels. So far, I still prefer IKS. Lot better quality.

i've seen a couple of channels in 720p, nick jr and disney jr just to name some off my head. i've even seen an adult channel running in 1080... dont know if it was i or p. If you are using ivue or renegade you wont see them.

That's good news :) How can we contact the server admin to find out what his plans are?

Just had a look at Nick Jr and Disney, even though they are streamed in 720p resolution the actually quality of the picture is pretty poor and looks a tiny bit better than SD.

The channels come from a 720/1080p source, but the they have the output settings set at 1024x567 (Higher than SD but lower than HD) likely for bandwidth and people with slower internet streams.

I suspect once the lineup is complete within their 90 day window that they have place for them self, that only then you will see some of the current channels quality be boosted more toward the HD side of things, they are trying to find the right balance of quality while still being able to keep customers with lower internet plans.

Micro hd compresses the picture so that the server maintains its stability its all done automatic no switch is need it.From what i see its still in test mode.

Those 24/7 channels look amazing, I watched a whole episode of Game of Thrones at my friends place and quality was perfect and no glitches, however at the end when it went to start another episode it did some weird things at the beginning of the new episode but then it was business as usual.

Lol, those are basically on-demand channels. I'm referring to live channels - thats what I would like to see in HD. 1080p is not so necessary (but would be great), but 720p would be ideal in terms of quality and speed.

I'm aware of what they are and they should technically be listed under VOD, but I assume once their 90 Days are up things will be a little bit more organized, cause if you haven't noticed they are no longer following their original Channel Numbers from the original lineup, They will be offering the channels promised within the 90 days but the actual channel number they will be on I don't think will be as stated but I could be very wrong it's a wait and see situation.

I agree I would like to see the bit rate increased and see HD, but I can almost guarantee that you will not see anything 1080p coming from NFPS/Rocket themselves, maybe through remote channels/sources but not them directly. Also I don't see anything getting "Turnt Up" (lol) until after 90 Days. I would say 720p is the sweet spot for perfect streaming for most people on Lower/High Internet speeds.
