Hey,
I just started using rocket IPTV a few days ago. I've tried using the emaultor on a android box or Kodi 15 with iptv stalker, even on my home pc and am getting very choppy and freezing channels, plus some channels take up to 10-15 secs to load. Service is very bad, I've followed all the instructions and tutorials, but can't seem to get decent service.
Looking for a way to refund or even resell my purchase.
Thanks
Any feedback would be helpful

Your sh*t out of luck. It will get better give it time
The emulator is not as fast or as efficient as a mag254 or an android box that is compatible with iksrocket iptv...
I have emulated using bluestacks In my windows pc....(quadcore and and 8 gigs of memory...)
downloaded internal and external players and had similar experiences that you mention....freezing and channel loading issues...
Having experimented for several hours I can tell you that my mag254 works wonderfully with iptv...100 times better than emulation did....
Picture and sound quality absolutely magnificent...

I get some freezing also.with avov tvonline box......but most of the time it is channels I would not usually watch..like Cuba or Albania or bien soccer channels.........
Mag254 with high speed Internet:
...don't be offended but you must have at least 2.5 mbps from what I have read if not faster.....
assuming your not receiving high speed via satellite which 2 mbps would be considered high speed....
Assume that you have 5mbps if not 20 or 30 mbps ..go to speed test on the net and see that you re not having issues with your provider...call them if needed to check that it's all good on their end...
It may be your router...reset it. ..check the wires as well...
It may be a connection issue with you mag254. ...loose wire within your cat 5 connector.....replace or switch your cat5
As well....you should check all your input settings on your mag254.....double check..triple check..i'm sure you did everything correctly. ....but it doesn't hurt to go over everything again....☺
I have 5 mbps and wireless N for my wifi connection.(a witeless repeater/bridge)...which is connecting to a wireless router also set to wireless n..
the ocassional freeze or crashing back to menu screen has happened but rarely..it still in its infancy...most days it's working beautifully
As well....make sure nobody is downloading at the same time your watching...this is especially important if you have your settings to 1080....
Not that you can't surf the net and watch TV. ..but downloading a game or movie at the same time will rob you of much needed bandwidth to stream efficiently
again...please don't be upset if you already know what I'm talking about...I'm just trying to help you achieve the most out of your iptv
And it is really cool....☺

Freezes every 20 seconds or so over here. Oh and I have a 24 mbit connection with no lag on any server anywhere else. :)

my folks mag 254 is working very well with an occasion stop ,but the channel they watch is very solid ,I found the same with tvonline avov, working very well,an occasional pause other wise working very solid here.
