From the Add-ons > My add-ons > PVR clients, enable the "Stalker Client"
when I go to my add-ons all PVR clients to stalker it takes me to stalker client config and I got that, what next?
Just make sure that the "Stalker Client" is configured and enabled, and then on the TV settings, "Enabled' in on in General.
This is where I am--from the addons to my addons to PVR simple client is enabled--stalker client is enabled, when I click on stalker client
it takes me to configure in portal 1 line 1 is my mac address--on line 2 in server address address I have http://11.iptvrocket.tv/ now I am on Stalker 0.8.3
so is this right because click on ok it takes me to PVR clients: stalker client--needs to restart. What am I doing wrong? HELP

Go back to the tutorial again, and the links are there. The prerequisite is that you are on Kodi 15.0. The client doesn't just disappear, if you are on Kodi 15.0, it's built-in, and is found in the My Add-ons > PVR Client list. There is no reason to hold onto Kodi 14.2, where it may appear that the 'Stalker Client' isn't in your enabled add-ons.
the problem is I took someone's advice and uninstalled stalker client, that's way I would like your advice on how to start over
because now I got a big mess
Ok, first thing... completely uninstall Kodi. That includes the user data when prompted. That should get rid of all the extra stuff that may be left over when you do the next step.... Download, and reinstall Kodi 15.0 from Kodi.tv
This should get you a clean copy of Kodi. You can add other addons later. PVR Stalker i.e. "Stalker Client" should be there built in. Configure that using the tutorials with you properly linked MAC and the proper server. You can set up the EPG as well, but its not fully operational today.
Enable the addon from the add-on information prompt, and exit out to home, select Sytem, and find "TV" or "Live TV". Clear Data from the main page, and then "Enable" while you are on the first page. Here is where you will find out if you'll load or not. If you don't, you can use the modified PVR Stalker with an extended timeout, but it shouldn't be needed.
OK,I got the Stalker client back Verizon 0.8.3. I click on stalker client on--go to portal 1 mac address00:1a:79:XX:XX:XX: mine
next line server address http://11.iptvrocket.tv/
preference prefer XMLTV--then I click on ok I get a box right in the middle that say
PVR clients: Stalker Client
Needs to restart--where do I go from here?
Click Ok, then click Enable, if it isn't already.
Exit out to the main page (escape key, or back multiple times), find System...It should say "Change Your Settings" then find TV, then General.
Here, if you have issues, always "Clear data", and Disable/Enable. Also, click "Use channel numbers from backend" on. Enable here to get your Stalker Client going.
OK got the clear data and Disable/Enable on Enable next I got channel manager-TV channels what do I do in this box click ok? I am afraid to touch anything? Thanks for your help
because I am lost
Exit out to the main page. If you see TV as one of the choices, you should be up with the server. Click on TV, and watch it. :)
Back on the main page after I clear data and enabled and go to group manager I get the channel manger, I don't see a place to click on tv?
I get the same thing Stalker client needs to restart
up in the top right corner it says PVR manager is starting up-loading channels from clients, but then it just stops.

thanks for the info but that's for windows 10
is there some way to get stalker 1.0.18 on here you helped me with that and I got it working. with this stalker 0.8.3 it's different I did what you said cleared out data and put it on enabled and I see no place to put on TV. I went to PVR clients and Enabled stalker client then went to my add-ons to stalker client 0.8.3 configure portal1 put in my mac address next line http;//11.iptvrocket.tv/
preference prefer XMLTV and when I click ok it tell me stalker client needs to restart click ok and it takes me right back to configure not to launch

The set up for addons to Kodi is platform independent, meaning it doesn't matter once you are in Kodi.
when I click ok it tell me stalker client needs to restart click ok and it takes me right back to configure not to launch
When you hit ok, you should be at screen that says "Add-on information". The add-on is enabled if you see "Disable" as option.
Part of this hobby is to try things things on your own as you will learn by your mistakes. Also, google and YouTube will help enormously in figuring out how to use Kodi, so I highly encourage you to watch a few vids on how to use Kodi, and how you install add-ons.
