Ip block on mag 254

TO A mod or anyone who could help us in the Caribbean. Our providers are blocking our mag boxes from getting IPTV.. Could the makers of the mag boxes add a VPN to a new updated software.With the android boxes a download of a vpn and we are good to go, but the mag boxes are a no no.

What message are you getting that makes you think that your internet is blocked ? If it is " STB BLOCKED - CALL YOUR PROVIDER " that is a different issue involving the MAGs.

This message means that you have problems with the MAC address , not with ISP . Check your MAC address whether it is tied to what you pay for.
What do you see when you click on this link http://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html from the computer. If you want help I will need a screenshot of your computer.

That is when your MAC is not linked to your donation, most likely because it is linked your old donation. Lots of people are thinking that someone stole their MAC which may happen, but mostly its because people are re-upping their service and not unlinking the MAC from the old donation so they cannot link it to the new one. This was my situation and some others that had this problem had to explain it to me.

I had to check my old donation, on the site were you link your MAC, change the MAC address to anything else, then put in my new donation info and re-link my MAC. The reason this is a MAG issue is because your unit is assigned that MAC and your cant change it;

I am from Barbados and yes the provider has block the the ip address . I install a vpn in my android box and it is working but the mag is down in Barbados. I Wish the makers of the mag boxes would up dated the soft ware with a vpn option like some other boxes or a soft that would us to install a vpn .
