Yes; dara, I cleared the cashe and purged. I just checked my donation and it looks like the stalker url has changed since I purchaced my donation could that have anything to do with it?
thanks
The server people just caught up with all the previous donations records to indicate the correct server. No one should be using the "1.iptv*.tv" urls now, and you should use the server that you are assigned, EXCEPT FOR IPTV STALKER. Just be aware that there are modified versions of the IPTV Stalker out there. If you go to my tutorial in Kodi Tutorials, you'll see what you should expect on an unmodified version. The server list should only show "NFPS". Also, remember that IPTV Stalker does not use the url that you get from the donation checker. If you are on NFPS, don't change it. If you are on Rocket or IPTV66, use the urls listed in the tutorial.
The rule for most Kodi add-ons is if it doesn't currently work, you are probably ok to just uninstall and re-install, as most settings will remain. If you persist in having the same issue, do some trouble shooting by looking at the kodi.log in your kodi 'special' forlder.

So dara, are you saying for the ones using NFPS to keep using the 1.iptv*.tv url and not the 11.iptv one.
thanks!

No. With the exception of IPTV Stalker, use the "11.iptvprivateserver.tv" for NFPS,
If you are configuring IPTV Stalker, the correct url are "portal.iptvprivateserver.tv for NFPS
Include "http://" in front ...
These are in the tutorials.
