stalker url blocked after 5 mins of watching

Tried to hook up the old STB IKS and then the AVOV2 does not connect to rocket. I watched the stalker with the new correct url and info for about 5 minutes and I did a stuppid think and turned on the old IKS STB and then whem I turned on the AVON2 and tried to load tvonline or Kodi they would not load. TVonline says url is blocked by server O call my ISP and discussed it being blocked they checked ot out and after 45 minutes they said it was not blocked it must be something on my side so I chek my creditals all even delited and re-entered them butstill url blocked, http://portal.iptvrocket.tv. also tried the 11. but same blocked server. need some help if possible.

ALso I pinged the url and it is good. so it has to be a setup ot rocket issue yes? Then what?

Can you please answer my question? If you aren't correctly linked, whether its a server problem or you not linking the MAC to a valid donation, you will get that message.

Very sorry I read the post as "you MAC is linked to your donation".

How do I tell if it is linked or not? I tried to enter the proper url as listed for Rocket but it never connects I get the error "your Box blocked the server"

Provider in this case is the iptv admin, not your isp provider

Thank you for the help I think I am about to get most of the issues corrected. i don't have them all fixed yet but I need to do some understanding of the exact issues remaining for me to be able to ask the question. So I'll be reading for a while. thank you to everyone again for the help.
