flash line across tv?

Has anyone noticed a flash that looks like a line all across the top of tv when streaming iptv every once in a while??it's a thin flash that goes across top of tv screen I would say every few minutes or so...tryed factory default and still there

Asft do u think it will eventually get fixed..feel better now though my box was defective
