Blocked

My Mag 254 has been playing beautiful for a week or so and today says my receiver is blocked and should call the provider. I would like to know how to fix this. I have purchased a donation and have linked it to the Mag address a week or so ago. I have also unplugged the receiver 4 times to reboot but does no good. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or is the provider causing this problem, thanks.

recheck your mac address to make sure link correct to the mag 254 are you will get block

really dont no why that happens think its the server but try and redo all and reboot all really nothing more to say you did everything right check mac address maybe all 000000000000

We do not know as of yet what is causing the stb block issues

This is what I done to fix the problem and it worked--------Unlink your stb by changing the last number of your mac address to any number between 0-9, and save, this will unlink your MAG.
Then go back into the page and change the last number back to the original correct number and save, that should do the job.----------This worked for me, Thanks----------maybe it will help someone else.

If you were to restart STB and modem would certainly be faster.

had same problem , check my linked mac address and the first # was a 01 instead of 00. some how it got changed(not by me ) .
change back to 00 and working fine

Well, I got that message today when my donation expired. Maybe thats what happens when they expire?

When I changed the mac address to a working donation, the message disappeared and the channels came back.
