403 Forbidden

Hi. I recently donated and got set up through Kodi. I am using the IPTV Stalker addon. I tried to pull up my favorite channel Palladia, but I get a 403 Forbidden error. I searched the forums, and saw that Palladia was removed on 7/27 with a handful of other channels, but then it was added back on 7/29 (according to the Channels thread). I tried a few other channels on the "added back" list, and they are also giving me 403 Forbidden errors. Nearly every other channel, though, is working great for me.

What does "403 Forbidden" mean?
