Problem loading Papiao server on MAG 254

Hi, sorry, I'm new to this forum, so not sure if I'm in the correct section for advice.

I am using a MAG 254 IPTV box and have paid the $80 (single donation) to Papiao TV for their yearly program package, I have had a message back from Papiao telling me that my donation had been processed and was now assigned, but when I open the portal for the server I keep getting a message saying "Your STB is blocked, call the provider".

I have sent several messages to Papiao requesting instructions for download, but have had no response since.

I'm not sure if this is a scam or not, so would appreciate any assistance or advice you may be able to give me.

you need to read on mag254 setup ,sounds like you are trying to put password in -12 digits?

Look in junk mail. i have hotmail and gmail because these work and store mail. I have received codes within minutes of purchasing them.

Thanks, but I have the 12 digit code, just don't know where to load it. I have read the MAG 254 set up instructions and don't see anywhere to set a password

You don't need a password on Mag 254 if you put your Mac address to your donation at papiao then all you need is on your Mag 254 go to portal and inter the URL: http://11.iptv(rocket or privateserver).tv
