View Full Version : My STP is blocked by provider-HELP

I have programed everything properly, but I keep getting "Your STP is blocked. Call the provider". I have rebooted the device and rebooted the portal a whole lot of times and keep getting the same message. Can you help me?

im getting the same thing, made donation this morning with correct mac address, checked the papiao.is site and my donation has 366 left to run, but still getting "Your STB is Blocked" message... how long does it take to activate the mac address ?
A member reported that he saw that the default MAC in the donation checker started with "01:1A:79" instead of the required "00:1A:79", so check that. Another member entered his actual physical MAC that didn't start with "00:1A:79", but used that prefix on the application. I'm not sure why he though that would work, but he said he was old :).
If you are using a real MAG, use the MAC that's on the sticker, if you are using the Avov, the software should tell you what the MAC is, so use that. If you aren't using those boxes or a MAG 260, always register and use a MAC that starts with "00:1A:79".

I have said it many time, double check you mac address. I have registered multiple time an "8" as a "B" and vice verse. Also make sure you used ":" and not ";" easy enough mistakes to make.

Then again. Made a second donation for another mag box .. Still waiting 7 hours plus ... Not good .. Sort it out please.. I do not mind waiting a few hours but nearly 8 hours and still not working ???!?

Mac address is correct
Restarted portal several times
Rebooted box several times
Sent emails to them but no reply
What's going on !!

OK sorted it !
For anyone else having same problem go to https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket
Login with donation number and change last number of Mac address then change it back to your correct Mac then your box should be able to login
