I can't access the channels on anything, I've tried the stb, kodi client, kodi PVR stalker client, and stalker apk, and can't access on any. I can access VOD via kodi client and stalker apk but no channels. The stb won't even load into the portal, and Kodi PVR stalker won't start, just gives an error.. and Kodi client and ivue guide give a 403 forbidden error when trying to access channels. My donation is linked to MAC! It was working fine last night

I'm still not able to connect to the server via STB emulator , but a can access it via kodi, stalker client, kodi PVR stalker client and the stalker apk. I prefer the look and feel of the STB though, it's really strange how it won't let me access the portal it just stays on loading screen no sign of the yellow bar even after 10 mins

That means the server has connected, but doesn't recognize the MAC . Check the mac in STB emu.

The MAC is inputted correctly, and I've rebooted umpteen times, still no joy.. The server must recognise the MAC, because I've tested the same MAC in the kodi stalker client, kodi PVR stalker client and the stalker apk and they all worked! It's thrashed my brain lol

Have you tried to let the box sit for 5 mins unplugged?

If I were in your situation, I'd start fresh with STB emu, by deleting the data from the apps setting in Android settngs, and carefully reconfigure it, and not over-configure. Which version of the emu are you using?

I've tried all the suggestions, cleared both cache and app data, no joy... Uninstalled and reinstalled, still no joy was using stb emulator pro 0.6.09 and just updated to 0.6.10.. Its just not having any of it. I set it up ages ago following the guide on this forum so I wouldn't consider that over configured. It was working perfectly untill the portal went down earlier, and since it came back online I'm getting no joy.

try to recycle ur MAC on paipao... change it to anything and then put back ur one. Has worked for me when i had a similar issue

Like the OP said it's working on every thing except STB emulator. I just checked at sister site and others are having same problem. i tried it and same thing Mac number works on every thing but Emu for me as well.
i think they are fixing some thing just wait it out

looks like just problems with emulator... mag/avov/kodi all working fine but many reporting problems with emu stuck at loading screen with the bar not moving

So its not just me then? But I've just come across something else! After trying to recycle my MAC on papiao.. Since stb emulator users were told to use the 78 prefix, I did this, but putting the 78 prefix in the emulator just caused me to get the stb blocked error, so in the emulator I was using the 79 prefix but was registered with the 78 prefix on papiao, and all worked fine so I thought nothing of it.... after all this messing about changing the MAC to something else to get the stb emulator to work (to no avail) I changed back to my original mac on papiao, but I put the 79 prefix and It told me the Mac already exists... But using the 78 prefix the Mac was changed successfully!! WTH my brain is fried.

sorry for all your trouble and glad you figured it out..it has been posted numerous times the 78 prefix is not in effect yet. nice trouble shooting skills, WTG

papiao says to use 78 but it does not work yet.. if you have already linked the 78 and are trying to change it to 79 and it comes up as already in use, change one of the digits and try to link that mac and see if the system takes it

I Changed the whole Mac both on papiao and my stb emulator and it still didn't load the portal

emu is having issues at this time.... as long as the 79 mac is linked to a donation, leave it be for now
