I would like to know some of our comrads in the caribbean, antigua, barbados, jamaica, trinidad & tobago who is involved in IPTV. we can pool our knowledge to help each other get better tv. It seems like we are usually left behind underdeveloped communications systems.

As an introduction to IPTV it was stated that IPTV could not be blocked, be effected by bad weather, effected by ECM. I would like to post a question to moderators and admin. if IPTV can be blocked by an internet provider.
