Help with iptv

I have a iptv stalker code but can't figure out how to set it up on my inl3d media streamer I have the url put in my mac Addy from the inl3d is set up under portal 2 I have name I put rocket then url then there is a custom mac Addy spot and a send serial number tab plz help
