If your box will not reboot unplug power for a few then try again

what box do you have? Is it the channel that is not loading or the box

mag 254, the channels are not loading and the box does not reboot, I have 2 boxes and they both went down the same time.

Try unplugging the power a few time if that doesn't work try doing a reset

i don't think that both units would fail at the same time, unless there was a power surge, and i am not aware of any. So I will hold off the resetting until the a:m to see if they will come back.

ok did some digging, checked my network information. All the while I was using the wireless connection, now the MAC address in that configuration is correct and I can't get it changed, and the link status is down, mac address n/a ip address n/a, and it is set to auto DHCP
The wired configuration
current configuration-- noconfiguration
The second unit has the same problem, They were working perfectly prior to last night.
current status
link - up
MAC address is correct
no ip address
gateway n/a
dns server n/a
How do I reconfigure these units.

In the Mag 254 use the mac address on the sticker on the bottom of the box not the one from internet.
As for the wired problem i had same problem and after a few full reboot it started to work

I think some moderators are getting annoyed, but this is an issue that I believe is an administration problem. When my current configuration says disabled, and status down, does that mean it is disable because of an internet problem configuration, or other. I have 3 boxes two at one location and these are the 2 that is giving the problems. I believe that this issue is a mix up with donation numbers, and MAC address, so can I get some one to look into this for me.
it sound like a problem with your internet connection do you have router end modem connected to mag 254

I have tried everything and can't get this thing out of loading, can't get the correct MAC address onto the system. I know it was correct before, but the old computer MAC address is stuck in there and I can't get it out. On the wireless connection the man address is correct and on the wired connection it is incorrect. I have tried everything suggested, and believe me I am a little computer savvy. Need help Please
one softer question, How can get the current MAC address for wired internet and wireless internet to be the same. In one MAG254 the link status for wired internet is a generic MAC address and for the wireless it is the MAC address for the MAG. and vise versa on the other MAG 254.

With all respect sir, I am not demanding everything, when I post on an issue and i give all the information, and some one keep requesting the same information that is in the script, or suggesting I do what I said has been done already. It becomes a quite frustrating. I don't post for the sake of posting, and if someone does not have a solution, they should not an incorrect one.

you dont two different things use the mag mac address for donation and use the right url bet your messing up on one of they now on your wireless if you have internet your good dont need to mess with it if not start reading up on that first
