8 donations paid no responde

After paid 8 donations on 7/21/2015 ,more tham 48 hrs ago,i have check creditcard provider and it was charge,i have mail 4 diferent times to rockets and no responde at all ,will someone help please,at this very moment the only choise I have is a credtcard dispute,at less I got responde in the next 12 hrs.....but I really need this donations numbers......Does anyvody else have this problem or is only me?......Help please.......thanks

I know a guy who did a purchase Friday morning his Avov is working went live at 2 am he never got an email with iks code the captcha isn't working so he just sent them a message them nothing in his junk mail either
maybe just really really busy
