Im trying to get my mag running and I just registered my mac address.. I registered the address.. changed the url to 11.iptvrocket.tv in the portal.. and everytime I reboot I get this message. am I missing something? I even updated the software.. I have rebooted about 10 times.... even rebooted my internet..

I have just found the fix after a day of unplug and reboot for my case I use Mag 254. I did register my Mag Mac address on the box with Papiao, first time it worked fine but since yesterday it stopped working. The way I made it to boot to portal again is using the Mac address on DEVICE INFO and register again that number and it is starting booting portal right away. Thanks

the MAC addy on the sticker under the box should be identical to the one in device info...just sayin..

seems to work for some
Unlink your stb by changing the last number of your mac address to any number between 0-9, and save, this will unlink your MAG.
Then go back into the page and change the last number back to the original correct number and save, that should do the job.

My case is different story. My Mag 254 Mac address of the box was not matching the Mac address in the DEVICE INFO that is why I am changing it and it is working till now without a hitch.

Where did you purchase your Mag??...the MAC's are hard coded on these boxes...

check the box it came with should have the stickers in it and also in the machine with the mac address etc.

for those who need to know this.. my problem got solved when i made all the letters lowercase in my mac address.. the bottom of my box is uppercase so thats how i put it.. however it is lower case on the tv screen.. so i changed it to lower case on my computer for the registered mac address and it solved the issue immediately.. a buddy of mine had this issue and i fixed his also...

i switched my letters to small letters to match actual mac-addy & my box switched them back & accepted them.
