kodi stalker client freezing

So I'm setup with the built in kodi stalker client in kodi 15.

I can pull up channels from the guide but at best i get about 3min of video before it freezes and i have to choose another channel.

Is this a server end problem and other iptv boxes are experiencing this...or is this specific to kodi?
I have used several kodi plugins and have experienced freezing in all of them.

Is there some sort of setting I can adjust?

And tied to my MAC address

If its happening on more than just pvr stalker than it cant be the server causing the problem.

What device are you using for kodi.

I'm on a fire stick..
But I get the same thing in windows.
