Hi every one i used mag 254 i enter mac # 00:1a:XXXXX to that iptv donation site it's said tariff plan i chick that said ever thing is ok and i change ntp server pool.ntp.org
portal 1 name rocket portal url 11.iptvrocket.tv/ and load after loading said your stb is blocked whats going on what is wrong :mad::mad:

Try unplugging the receiver for a few minutes and then plug it back in and see if that helps. Seems that most people have the same issue and have solved it doing this.

If instructions above do not work you may need to erase mac from donation panel and re-enter it

I had the same issue , way i fixed was by changing mac address. It worked. Did not seem to like the address. Also am using 11.iptvprivateserver.tv

ok went to donation panel my mac add showed all 00000, had to click on change mac add and enter my mac add again,,all good now

I tried everything suggested in this thread and nothing worked. I changed the portal to 11.iptvprivateserver.tv and all is good.

I had the same problem in two mags. Here is what I did. Change the last 2 digits of the registration mac address on the website and saved it. Re started mi mag, was still block. Went to the Mac address registration website and change d the last 2 digits to the correct one, saved. Re started my mag and it worked. Bought my registration code from the official rocker site.

seems to work for some

Unlink your stb by changing the last number of your mac address to any number between 0-9, and save, this will unlink your MAG.
Then go back into the page and change the last number back to the original correct number and save, that should do the job.
