Think I have everthing set up properly but notice in channels go only up to 411 any help please

On the settings for Live TV, click on "Settings level" until you get to Expert or Advanced, and make sure all options are On, and Clear data. Also make sure you don't have any other PVRs enabled on your My Add-Ons > PVR clients.

This tells me that you are using Kodi 14.2. I recommend upgrading to Kodi 15.0 which has a better version of the PVR Stalker, and no longer has "Reset pvr database"... just "Clear data".
