I know you guys are probably tired of people asking dumb questions , so forgive me.

I am about to buy the MAG254 but I want to confirm there is a working Channel Guide ? If so can someone post a screenshot of what it looks like.

being dumb, is not asking questions ,so I'am in the same boat as many.
the EPG or TV guide is not the same as the old sat dishnet or as friendly
it will be nice to find or see a readable screen shot of a working EPG before I just load it, get it working and find that it is NO better then what I have been using.

Yeah , Well honestly the guide is the only thing holding me back from making the purchase. Having a nice guide is actually important to me as I wouldn't be the only user for the system . I can hear my wife now yelling from the other room *How do you work this* ...

They had a full guide, but most channels have no info now. It's detailed guide. Just google ans there a lot of pictures. If a guide is THAT important to you,this may not be the service for you.

I checked Google and I don't see the guide I am speaking of. I'm not actually talking about a channel list . I am talking about a guide that shows you what it on and what is on next and so on. Maybe I emphasized it incorrectly , Its not THAT important , but without a guide I would imagine it would suck ? I just see my wife using the current sub guide a lot so that is why I asked.

I just Googled "Mag 254 EPG" and there are tons of pics. Give it another go.

Are you able to go to the channel from the tv guide? I can't seem to do that on my mag254. I select new channel on guide, hit ok. And nothing happens.
