box out of range?

I am trying to register a mac address and am getting this error "Unable to locate the model you have specified: stalker_mdoel" i get this message when i try to register my new from the manufacture 254. any idea why i would be getting this message. this is the first time i tried registering the mac for this box. thanks.

how the heck you get that you put that mac address in change mac and get that ? oh maybe you didnt use THE :::::::::::::::: like 00:01:79:

yes i made sure of that also. i had a friend try it from his browser and he got the same message. the mac is the same as my other 254 but ends in a higher capital letter.
