will not go into channel store

My AVOV 1 will not go into channel store keeps on going to my channel. Does anybody know what to do about this problem Thank You

yea they have a usb update to fix that i just dont no where its at maybe someone here will show you

Had another user report to me the same issue. Looked like a hard reboot of the device randomly did the trick. Try pulling the power out and back in. Maybe it will start working.
