Watch Comedy Central. Tried watching the James Frano Roast. Gave up 10 minutes in. Not an internet issue. 300mbps on fibre. Did watch a movie in VOD and it never skipped a beat.

i didn't say reboot I said disconnect.
Power off receiver.
Unplug the internet connection (ethernet or wifi).
Power on receiver, then connect internet connection.

sometimes a server needs to put stuff in the 'clear' in order to adjust things. You'll see this.
Main providers do this from time to time to get their poop in a group, so to speak.
Even DN and b3v do same. Server testing and adjusting :)

It's prolly not to do with the avov box itself, more like server connection with server.
I see you had it okay before... What you may need to do is send Rocket or nfps an email about this

The reason this outage freaks me is out is because a few months ago 3 out of 4 Rockets just disappeared, they had tons of time. The re seller apologized and replaced them with what I'm using now.

it's in your records of emails from them when you purchased. Or it's posted at websites of said.

Things us staff can deal with are not same as what the server admins can deal with.. so hence the email is resort.

It's morning, I can run the APPS, can't connect, Subscript is active, MAC address checker said its good and can be added, but it's already Linked with the active donation. Maybe if I change the Mac then change it back. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Anyone willing to let me enter their MAC to test?
