New Remote not working

My son destroyed my first remote and just got new one.

Put new batteries in and nothing works. This box can do nothing without remote not even factory reset.

Boot in recovery mode but can't even select the factory reset option to see if that would help. Tried using a usb mouse and keyboard but still nothing.

Lol. Thanks asft wireless keyboard did the trick. Batteries are new and correctly placed. Just got a bad replacement from Avov. Added a support ticket.

I have 2 logitec remotes they do great jobs all other my remotes are packed in a box for back up.

I had good performace with the cheapest Harmonys. $25 or so. That being said, probably any of them will be fine.
Mine works well with tv,satellite and iptv

I always use a cheap (from China) learning remote for daily use and keep originals in a drawer. Save headaches if lost or damaged.

I bought today a harmony but does not recognize my Avov , for sure am doing something wrong , can you help me please ?
