new Avov Vixo1

Got a new Avov Vixo1 today and put it on and trying to get it set up now but it would not go on the Channel Store !!
the box is not going on to my channel OR channel store for me to set it up

what can i do to get up and running ?

when you say new Vixo1 is that with kodi ? cant be that box come out next month
