New Mag254 Not loading any channels or VOD

Any help regarding this will be appreciated. I just bought new Mag254 updated to new software, Mac is linked properly and active. When you turned on the box as blue screen comes with yellow bar to load rocket IPTV, it just stuck on that loading yellow bar till just quarter left to complete and never complete. I checked all and every setting on my Mag254, follow all instructions but no luck.

try rebooting - turn off receiver with remote, disconnect power pack, disconnect fm internet then reconnect in reverse.

I follow the directions and reboot everything so many time but no luck so for

Unplug the mag wait 3 mins then plug it back in thanks.

I did this so many time but still stuck on loading screen which never completed and yellow bar just stopped after it complete 90% of the loading bar. I tried 1.iptvrocket.tv then 11.iptvrocket.tv and even 11.iptvprivateserver.tv as well. but same result. As soon as you put 1.iptvrocket.tv my system restart with message, please change your url to 11.iptvrocket.tv which I did and still nothing.

i am sorry to get in but since the change every think to private and most of the people thy ben having allot of problem in clouding me i cant get the box to work it is just keep giving me this massage it say STB blocked i did linked your mac i did every think same think i am going crazy big time it just bad

have you followed the advice of changing your mac at the donation site, then going back and changing it again to the correct one???

For what it is worth. If I was having that trouble as described, I would contact someone on the order page. I have read where that was done by others and they got it fixed.

I kind of saw this coming. Being a new thing, everyone is back in school so to speak. Combine that to what I guessed would be an overwhelming response from the public and WALA! Problems arise here and there. Maybe send a very descriptive e-mail with all details and give it more than just a day or two. If no response then send again. Patience will always pay off. Yes, mac address is already linked and showing active. I tried to link my mac address to two different donation with small letter and then cap but no luck. still the same the yellow loading bar never completes.

Its not a mac issues its a network issue i would suggest you look over your network or reboot modem and router as well.
