Not working

Mag 250. Changed url to 11.iptvrocket.tv. Checked MAC, says active. Have rebooted a dozen times since yesterday. Get STB blocked message.

Also tried 11.iptvprivateserver with same results.

Out of options. What can I do?

AVOV box is working, just not Mag 250.

unecessary. if url not correct would not connect and get STB blocked msg

Yes tried that. Also tried linking MAC to another donation. Must have something to do with Mag 250.

Update: Went back a reloaded MAC but using small letters instead of caps and it now works.

I just did the small letters and it's working now

weird i use caps on mac address maybe every box maker is different but dont think so but will keep looking at that

I don't get it my self i have 2 box with Emu on both 1 worked with caps and the other with small letters

Mac servers automatically make them caps by default no matter if there lower case.

That's what i know but i tried every thing and nothing worked until i did that and boom it's working now

They are most likely doing more server work as some are starting to come back.

So hard to keep it up with this. Yes I do have donation. Yes, theyre associated with the account. Yes, they were working fine after last night migration to private. Yes, they show Tarriff. Just both stop working right now.

Master reset (unplug from power): internet modem and both Mags brought it back.
