Made the donation one week ago. my mag 254 mac address is linked on pappio. but now on the mag it says stb blocked. I changed the portal server to 11.iptvprivateserver. So what am I supposed to do?

no, on 1. it says the trial is over and if I am already subscribed I should use 11. however on 11 my stb is still blocked !!!

I am having the same issue. On my avov. Got my donation yesterday afternoon worked flawlessly up until tonight now say my box is blocked MAC address is good on the checker. Server set to 11. Any ideas

The security on the server is not consistent or there is a problem. One of my Mags will not load the portal. When I change portal to 1.iptv....., I get the message to change it to 11.iptv..., but when I put it to 11.iptv..., I get the blocked message. Mac address linked to and donation showing active. I emailed support, but did not hear from them yet.

have you tried http:// in front of the url. I have it at that and its working for me, just a guess, try it and see if that works.

Just made a post with same sort of issues. wish I had seen this one floating around. I got disconnected after changing to the 11.iptvserver url. I guess I will try a few reboots of the receiver and see if it works. have sent an e=mail to papaio. Hope this gets sorted soon.

Yes! Remember, I have 2 Mags, one is working fine. The other is not. The one that is working fine had donation activated 5 days ago. I wonder if there is a wait time for Mac authentication.

I've read on other posts that if you change the last 2 digits of your mac address on the donation site, register it and then change it back to the right Mac Address will get it to work, might want to try that.

I checked my route and the Mac address that is on the site is the same on my mag254.
Tariff plan:IptV66 Tariff. But still YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL PROVIDER.
Rebooted about six times with no luck.Can anybody explain this?

I had the same problem and had to change a couple things. 1 - http://11.iptv... 2 - Time was changed to local time... 3 - rebooted device it hanged on loading, then rebooted a second time and voila...

Poster started the thread with a NFPS issue not another IPTV issue. Which part didn't you understand? This site is for NFPS/Rocket.

Yep, there must be some problems still. I use nfps and all been Ok all the time and also I found my donation and 357 days left :) Never changed anything (after that 11.) and suddenly STB blocked (Mag250) only. Few times rebooted and restart portal etc. Nothing help.

But it´s not any major catastrophe if this problem takes time but yes I relieve there is some problem somewhere...

And net working here as usually :)

My MAC linked stb is blocked but it's working on the stalkerapk and also via kodi both unlinked.. they've got it backwards they've blocked all the donators lol

They do, but you'll get any word here as quickly. If the mods can't help, they will refer you to the same place... info @ papaio.tv for donation/payment issues.

i changed mine to 11 instead of the 1....still said stb is blocked ...rebooted about 6 times .even unplugged a couple times and still no go so i just left it unplugged it and used my main tv provider for a few hrs then tried my mag again and all is good now so it looks like they fixed whatever the problem was ....anyway im of to bed guys have a good one and good luck

1) Make sure that your mac address is linked to a valid and active donation number. If it is not yet linked use the following form:

2) Make sure that you are using the IPTV Portal URL:

If you don't have a valid and active donation number you can get yours through our website:

3) Unplug your STB from the power, wait 10 seconds, plug it again and turn it on.

This is what I did as there was nothing wrong with the way my stb was setup. Went back to the email that they sent originally then clicked on add mac address ( which I had done originally) well guess what it wasnt there lol so I put it back in and now it works... really hope they can fix that.

Since when does a MAC ID differ when it's WIFI or Ethernet ? It identifies the computer, it shouldn't matter one bit how you access the Internet.

you use the mac of the device giving you your channels or streams...when using a comp w/ emu or stalker, you're spoofing a box mac, thks..
