Honesty I think there email system has an issue. I emailed them directly at

I emailed them Friday, they said 24 to 48hrs, at that time it was 4 days, checked my CC, they have the money, emailed them again today, waiting to hear back, i would imagine they are busy, thats fine, i get it,
