Pls help a novice iptv and Ivue

Hello,

So I got talked into one of these boxes
I've got kodi
I put on Ivue TV listings and iptv stalker
However quite a few channels don't work or load etc. am I doing something wrong? Should I reset anything etc
I appreciate how daft I must look to some people but I'd love some help
