Resolution causing black screen

by accident, i messed with the video resolution of the box. I had it at NTSC(720x480) and switched it to PAL(720x576) and now my screen is black. Screen says 'information' then will not restart and the entire screen stays black.can some one help me with this

unplug it then plug it back in

press down button to VIDEO and press OK
VIDEO OUTPUT MODE left button change to 720p -changes your TV to NTSC
press down button to
GRAPHIC RESOLUTION change to 1280x720
press OK to save
press RED (F1) button
AUTO FRAME RATE right button
NOTICE press EXIT right button,right button
change to 24/60hz
HDMI
press OK
EXIT,EXIT,EXIT
CONFIRM press OK
screen will go blank and box will REBOOT to TV

60 seconds after I wrote? :confused: I installed between 3000 - 5000 boxes per month and I'm not sure that I can be as fast as you.

is there is any soft wear to install in the box to rest every think

I think it is a waste of time to write a response to someone who does not even want to read what is written.

What works is you need to plug the component jacks that came with your box to the tv there you can acesses the software to adjust your resolution back to hdmi settings you had them. No need for a reset.Trust me i learned the hard way my self.
