Frustrated with rocket

Ok sorry to vent but I am extremely frustrated with rocket right now. They have my money and I don't have my donation emails. I was online with support via email they sent me 1 of the 2 codes and then stopped responding. Next I went to check the code they gave me it says invalid did I just get robbed? I bought it from the trustpay portal on iksrocket website. Is there another way to reach out to them for help?

XBMCBG not to be a jerk but how does you response help me in the slightest? If you have a solution to the issue then I would say post but telling me you had a great experience and it was done in 10 minutes is not helping me or other users that may have had a similar issue in any way. You also fail to say what gateway you used and which website try to be a little more helpful and cognitive of other issues.

At check out you will get order number please save that and go to main site click on order status and type email you used to buy donation and order number and there you will see your donation.

@soldertech24 yeah I have that it just says please allow 24-48 hours I have allowed the time to pass my card was definitely charged as the funds are gone and it says approved. I have them on email again so let see what happens now sigh -_-

Hahaha I'm a little slow apparently i did the order from NFPS not Rocket doh! I entered the donation on https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps/ and worked like a charm now to find out what happened to my second donation.

Good of you to admit your error!

I had a friend who tried to sign up with a Master Card card and even though his bank showed the order pending it never went though on Rocket's end. Switched to a Visa card and up and running within seconds! Dunno what the issue is with Master Card, but it is an issue.
