how do i find the mac address i have my rocket and it works fine on my ilink stb but i don't know how to get the mac so that i can use my vixo1

One way you can find it is in your router setup. If you look at the connections to your router you can see the mac address of that device or on the software in avov tv online should be posted when you boot up the software.

main screen>settings>server setting>screen shows all servers, in upper RH corner you will see your MAC addy

ok i went into router setting found my mac address went to rocket site added it to my rocket put info into server settings but nothing happens when i look in right hand corner it say mac = but no mac address any idea of what I'm doing wrong

the first three octets of your boxes mac should be 00:1a:79:xx:xx:xx

that is your routers mac, you want your boxes mac

there may be a tag on the bottom of your box with the serial and mac..

i have not been able to connect to tvonline for about a week now
when i was using 1.iptvprivatserver.tv
i was hoping to be able to connect to the new server but no luck
