Jordon Speith fell outta first place early today but fought back and is tied with first.
It's a 3 way tie actually with Jordon and one other with one hole still to play.

Jordon takes the John Deere Classic win on second hole playoff :)

He will be playing for a never done before 'modern day' Grand Slam at British Open in St. Andrews next week.
Modern Day Grand Slam = wins at the Masters, US Open and British Open in same calender year.

Thirteen years ago, Tiger Woods who had won both the Masters and the US Open that year, had his hopes and his game in great shape Sunday morning.
Turns out thou that Mother Nature had something to say and Woods ended up shooting a career worst score of 81 for the round :eek:

Be great to see Spieth reach this plateau and win the Grand Slam :)

I think they said Tiger broke one of his own records... worst round at the British Open :eek:

In Dustin's interview after Round 2, he said it was almost impossible to play because of the weather. Every shot including putting, was tough.
Jordon will have some ground to make up come Monday.
He done just that at the John Deere Classic last Sunday, and went on to win that in playoff holes :)

round 3 today
I was a bit confused with the rain delays and stuff over the weekend.
Monday is final round but round 3 was this morning.

Jordon Spieth is tied at the top with Dunn right now. Still a few holes to play :)
There are quite a few players within striking distance too.

Sergio is playing some pretty good golf too. Looks good on him.

Spieth had to step up today and he did.
Went out with a 66 for the round :)
