The quality of your internet service is prolly just as important if not moreso than speed...4Mbps should be adequate if constant....IMO

The service is what it is right now .... a work in progress. Lots of freezing at times more from the server end than the internet. Give it time.
If you can stream movies in HD iusing apple TV or roku then it's not your internet but the service.
They are not there yet but pretty close. The Guide was the biggest step and they got that right.

What are your internet speeds down/up? Use http://www.speedtest.net/, and make sure you are not sharing at the time of testing. To be able to get good service, your speed should be at least 3 - 5MB down.

they are switching from free to private so give it a little more time and will be good

Is there a test for consistency?

Is there a test for consistency?
Run a few tests and see what the average is. This test simulates a download and measures what you are getting. Consistency will depend on several factors including but not limited to devices connected at the same time and times of access.

Use Canadian or other non USA proxy to open the Cuban site and will be convinced .
With USA IP address you will be kicked out of every one Cuban site.
