How to: Alpha/Numberics

Setting up my Avov On-Line and wanted to load the "Netflix" app.
But when it asks for the script info, e.g., email address and password, I have no idea how to input the "alphas" ?
I have really hit every button on the remote --- if I have it set on "email address" and hit OK .. it natch tells me incorrect email address ..

Any idea how I get the alpha/numeric -- or pull up the "key pad" ?

i use my usb keyboard should say they take it from me all time

I have always had the cursor in the text input box I wanted to fill and hit the OK button (blue round button) on the remote. This would always bring up a keyboard on the screen that I could use.

buy usb keyboard so much better to use for Netflix like i said kids steal mine all time

Personally, I don't use or really care for Netflix ... but .. trying to get this unit set up for a friend . .and she loves it - -or something similar to that.

... I use a wireless Logitect -- so, I'm guessing I would go to 'local media" and go follow instructions, ehh ?

Well Movie25 and 1channel will probably give you just about anything in Netflix.......Icefilms also..but that app is not working.......
