Can't get PPV Channels

I'm new to the Mag 254 and can't figure out how to get video club channels to come in? I get to the directory and pick a movie and push OK and a yellow triangle comes up and says FILE MISSING.
Does this mean that these channels aren't working and will they ever?

The VOD club is still being worked on and may not be back up til we go private..
