Q: What is IPTV ?

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The current annual cost is $105.

Q: How long is each donation active for?
A: 1 Year. You can get monthly 'routes' through IPTV66.

Q: Where do I go to purchase donations?
A: You have three options: (Click on the one that suits you & you will be redirected to those links)

Q: What is the difference between my Order Number and a Donation Number and how do we use them?
A: The Order Number is your proof that you have been sent a valid Donation Number (aka Rocket or Route), and can be used to track the transaction you made with the provider. Your Donation number is used to configure your box, Kodi or STB Emulator, so that the servers know where to look for your connection details. Also your Donation number is used as your Login (or user name) and Password. It's important to keep a copy of the e-mail you received from Papiao, in case you have issues with your donation.


Q: Can I run every device in my house with 1 donation?
A: No, not at the same time. Each donation can only be linked to 1 MAC address (AKA device). If you wish to run every device in your home, then you will need to purchase a donation for each of those devices. For ex; I have 4 devices in my home (HTPC, 2 desktop PC's, G-Box Q), therefore I will need to purchase 4 donations.
(Trying to circumvent this in anyway is stealing, & I'm pretty sure that you will never able to use their service ever again).

HOWEVER, you can unassign a device linked to your donation & assign it to another device if you wish. AGAIN, JUST NOT AT THE SAME TIME! For example; let's say you have 3 devices in your home; 1 device in the living room, 1 in the bedroom & 1 in the kitchen. During the day you want to watch TV in the living room, but at night you want to watch it in your bedroom. You can assign (link) your donation to your living room device & then at night unassign it from there & link it to your bedroom device.

Q: What is a MAC address? Is this the same as my IP address?
A: No, they are not the same. Too put it short & simple.
An IP address is a unique ID given to the router that you are connected to, which is provided by your(or someone elses) ISP provider. Unless of course you're using a VPN service or something similar.
A MAC address is like a serial number for your device. It's a unique ID given to a device immediatley after it is produced from the manufacturer in order for your router to distinguish the difference between each device that it is currently connected to.

Q: How do I find out what my MAC address is for my device?
A: There are too many different devices running different O/S to go through, so I am only doing desktops/laptops & android devices. If anyone is running a different device with a different O/S & would like to post the instructions, I'll add that as well.

Windows XP/7/8/10:
1st option:
You can download this easy to use tool called MACAddressview by NirSoft. Yes, it's very safe. I have used alot of his tools over the years.

2nd option:
1) Click on the Start button
2) Using the search feature type "cmd" & select command prompt from the list
3) Type "getmac" & press enter

Android devices: (this method SHOULD work with ANY & ALL devices running Android O/S)
1) Select "Settings" (Refer to your manual to find out where this option is at on your device, it may also be named "system settings".)
2) Scroll all the way to the bottom & select "About"
3) Select "status".

Note: Some android devices may have already have a shortcut to your network on the main menu. If so, you can use that to navigate to your network. For example, on the G-Box Q, I select "Network Settings", then Network".

Moderator note: The MAC you link to your paid donation must start with "00:1A:79", if you are using a Set Top Box (MAG or Avov). If you aren't using one of those devices, the MAC must start with "00:1A:78" no matter what you actual MAC is from your device. Use that MAC to configure your add-ons in Kodi or the STB emu (dara)

Q: Will the server work with Kodi?
Kodi currently works with the server PVR Stalker and PVR Stalker NFPS (dara)

Q: How do I assign a MAC Address to my donation?
A: Read HERE (http://ftabeta.com/showthread.php?t=56257)

Q: Why does X channel stutter or keep buffering?
A: (THIS IS NOT COMPLETE) This can be for several reasons that will take more time than I have right now to explain in full detail, due to the number of things involved. Therefore, I will get more into this later.

1) Server side.
1a) Be patient!!! Keep in mind, all of this is still relatively new. Not only us, but on their end as well. Hence the word "trial".
1b) The server is still public, which means that alot of other people that have NOT purchased a donation are still using this service, which in turn is sucking up the allocated upload speed from the server. There is only so much to go around.
Ex: Server 1 is streaming 5 channels which has a max of 1000MB upload speed. That means that 1000MB of uploaded data has to be divided by the 5 channels in order to support them; which is an average of 200MB U/L speed allocated to EACH channel.

Now, for the sake of argument, with the service being free at this time you have 2000 devices watching those same 5 channels at the same time. So now the server's U/L speed is spread so thin that it is trying to split up that bandwidth(1000MB) among 2000 devices. Which means each device (on average) is only getting 500/KBPS(or half of 1 MB)
When the server becomes private, I almost guarantee that the estimated 2000 people will drop to about 1100(55% decrease), & that 500/kbps upload speed will go up to nearly 1MB per device which will increase the stability of each twice as much, & provide less buffering issues.

2) KNOW your internet connection speeds!!! This is very important! (will get more into this later)

Q: Will the channels be available in HD?

there are a handful of HD channels at this time but the current resolution for most channels is 576 which is better than 480 but not 720... we are hoping for hd in the future(we hope)

Q: Will it offer VoD?
A: Yes, but not on Kodi

Q: Is this compatible with X device?
A: As per EHG


We have tested numerous iptv receivers but at the moment we are recommending the following boxes

MAG250.
MAG254 (Recommended).
MAG260 (Works but is very unstable)
AVOV

There are many STBs compatible with this new system but we highly recommend the MAG254 to make sure that the user will have the best experience.

Q: I try to access the free trial it says "Your STB is blocked.Call the provider."?

Normally shows when using an emulator, and normally the mac address needs to be changed
1) Reset your router & device
2) The server may be down for maintenance
3) Make sure to type in the URL EXACTLY as posted above. Don't be an idiot like me.

If you change ANOTHER device to that exact same MAC address for that device, then the MAC address will also change. I hope that I didn't just confuse you lol.

I agree with asft. They said that it has been tested for several devices & as popular as kodi is, I'm sure they are testing that pretty hard. They just cant say that yet due to the fact that everyone has different setups. So right now they're only sticking with the ones that they know FOR SURE will work as recommended devices. Don't know for sure obviously, but that's my guess.

Your IP address has nothing to do with assigning a device. You can assign/unassign a donation to any device you want using the same IP address. That don't matter. It's the MAC address of each device that's important.

As long as you have unassigned your MAC address from your laptop BEFORE you assign your desktop PC in province. Just use the instructions that I provided in the previous post to find your MAC address for your desktop, & then use the link(s) provided in FIRST post to assign your desktop in province to your donation.

These last few weeks I have had very little issues but yes we all get the buffering remember that it is free right now so there are a ton of people hitting the servers. Once it goes private things should get much better.

I don't really understand about IPTV. Isn't this also call stealing from communication company? If I ever to cancel my Comcast, Dish, or Verizon TV and telling them I'm paying for IPTV because it's cheaper, will those vendor consider i'm stealing? I understand Netflix is a public trade company so this is legal and u can use up to 2 devices at same time if i'm not wrong.
Then I personally feel that sharing donation within the same household (same IP address) shouldn't be call stealing because you don't give it your neighbor.
Sorry I just want to know and understand. I don't want FBi to come and bang on my door because i publicity tell i'm using IPTV with almost all premium channels.

Thanks for all this but still would like a few more answers please. Crazed 2 said “your sat receiver will work too” that’s good to know but how will this work? I have a Rocket on an iLink box at the moment working fine and have ordered an AVOV VIXO 2 which should arrive in 3 weeks.
When I have both which MAC address should I submit to Rocket I am guessing the new Avov?
If I want to use both iLink & Avov do I have to make sure I only have 1 at a time turned on?
I am trying Kodi on my PC at the moment and have it working after a fashion, the MAC address registered at Rocket should be the PC address correct?
When I get the Avov I will not be able to use the PC at the same time as the Avov correct?

To add to what Kat said, the donation number (12 digits) is different than a MAC. For IPTV the donation number is more like an account number, while the MAC identifies that device as authorized to use the service. For now the donation number is not required on your devices.

It can get pretty expencive, but so is Satellite or cable service, and you don't get nearly as many channels.

You can switch the mac linked to your donation.

So say your watching in the living room, and go to your bedroom, you can switch the mac address to the box in your bedroom.

You can have one MAC for all six, but only one can be running IPTV at a time. I know that probably doesn't help, but this is the same way the service worked for satellite receivers. You can buy multiples as well, instead of one at a time, and get a volume discount.

I'm trying to login to my papiao TV acct on the web ask me for email an password my email said my username and password was this long number they sent me but won't log in so hit the reset password and put information in and said if I was in there system they would send me a link but nothing happens I did that about a dozen times! You don't get a papaio account unless you get more than 7 donations.

The number you get is called a donation number, and is used to configure fta boxes, but is also what you use to link the MAC.

Ignore the DES number.

It requires a local fix to make it work... its in another thread. The iVue guys are looking into figuring out how to allow you to enter a linked MAC so you don't have to do that.

Is there any solution to getting a MAC address unbanned? I have recently been having issues with my donation. The mac address would be cleared from my donation atleast 3 times and when i tried to change the MAC on the donation site. I get a message stating that my MAC has been banned. Can anyone help me with this? How can i get my MAC address unbanned from the servers? I am using the built in network card.

why is username and password same as "donation #" ?? this is almost the same as my "order number"...

one more thing.... when I go search for "order #" here: https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps.... I can change and view my mac address etc... without putting in a password... so what prevents someone from making up an "order #" and possibly being able to change/use someone elses mac address?...

This isn't a tutorial, it was a FAQ, but it was written a while ago. Your username/password is the Donation number, and is used when you set up the device or Kodi add-on. The site that you are trying to access "papiao.is/main/login/" is for people who buy in bulk, so it's not normally used by most people.

Your last question... You use the donation number to access that checker. Yes, someone can guess it, but its pretty hard to guess a 12 digit number out of the blue. If you suspect that it had been compromised, if you retain the order number and the e-mail that you got the donation information sent to, you could possibly get a reassignment of a new donation number through the provider... but no definite there... case-by-case.

Once payment is made and recieved, you will get an email with your order and donation numbers.

Next to your donation AKA username & password, you will see a link that say's "add Mac address" click it and it will take you where you can create your mac.

Once done, you will enter your mac and donation along with any other required info into either iptv stalker papaio addon or a pvr client such as stalker client or stalker client nfps.

I recommend pvr stalker client nfps if your running a windows platform, and the original pvr stalker client if your using an android device/box.

If the roku can use a served m3u list, then its possible to use IPTV Stalker on another computer on your lan, then use its M3U served list. If this is gibberish to you, then it won't work for you.
