dumb question on setup

got my donation and ready to go...been using free trial with no problems...is there an easy step by step setup guide to input my info now that I'm moving to the paid service?

I've followed the instructions and am using the stb emulator from playstore, I have registered my mac Id with the 00:78:1A prefix but when I use that on my emulator I get the message your stb is blocked call the provider, but using 79 instead of 78 it works!! I don't know what to do? Should I change it to 79 on the donation page, or leave it as 78?
