Epg selected channel

Hey team when I put up the epg menu I see all the channel's and titles but when I click on a different channel it does not change to that channel...

Is this a known issue or just me?

thereis a setting in system settings that you must click to have this done.

not sure where but i can be done as i did this before.

go to Setting then Portal and the second line ' Play in preview only by OK' click and to have a check mark , then exit to save .

No im talking about this epg. If I go to a channel and select it it will not go to that channel.

try just using keypad to input channel # from that screen...

Nothing populates when I push the key pad from that view :(

Sorry, i thought you meant ,the one with the tv window , yes i agree ,i wish it would change, to that channel on the guide, also ,wonder hoe to do this hmmm

Assuming you're using the MAG 254 you have to ensure that you are clicking where the vertical red line is as this what is currently showing.

Just click the movies that the vertical red line intersects for the channel you want and you are good to go.
