Hello iptv world

I'm new to this site, but very knowledgeable to FTA... I really would like to become a part of IPTV world... Like I stated, i'm new to this (IPTV), so the 2 biggest questions I have is , DO you need a satalite dish to use this and can I use my rocket numbers for this as well? Any one with the knowledge will you please hit me up and let me know....THANKS
