cannot connect to server - a solution

trying to switch from tv-mate to kokaleka ( 3.0.0 ) on fire stick. After adding username and password, keep getting message - cannot connect to server. Checked credentials, did iptv reset, still no luck. Donation works fine with tv-mate. Any help would be appreciated.

Is older versions of Kokaleka still working with Rocket or iptv66 I wonder?
That 3.0.0 is an older version. and the 3.0.1 is also.

But in all the mess we saw not long ago, I don't recall if members were still using the older versions with Rockets or iptv66 with no issues.

I don't have either Rocket or iptv66 to test this with :(

using rocket, it is still working on version 3.0.0 on two other firesticks. I 'll try and load 3.0.1

Are you running the Kokaleka on the BlueStacks ?
Which version of Kokaleka ?
Which server are you using?
What portal ?

version 3.0.1 rocket and portal is 1. I believe thats the portal you are asking for.

ok i downloaded ver 7 and used portal 6 and all is good now.

We could try changing that rocket porta, I don't have any confirmation that it will help though.

Did you do that just in your device's setup menu ?

I ask because Rocket only has two portals.
Which means the change to ver7 made the difference and not the portal 6 ... which you should change back as what it shows on your rocket login at papiao.

I believe they meant they selected portal 7 at sign in screen in kokaleka pro app before entering their credentials.

yes exactly, from the donation purchase screen their is a pro version of the app, in their we can change the portal and it says version 7 under the apps info.
